With simple ingredients and no-fuss prep, I'm loving this smoothie drink lately.
It's like summer in a glass.
I love to make it ahead of time and then keep it in fridge for a hit of greens at breakfast time.
A celery smoothie goes great with any of these healthy recipes in the morning:

When you go gluten-free, having healthy and easy to make recipes is so key for success.
This green, healthy celery smoothie check all the right boxes.
So let's make it!

📝Ingredients for this Celery Smoothie recipe
- Celery
- Romaine lettuce
- Frozen mango chunks
- Chunk of fresh ginger (about 1 Tbsp)
- Water
- Lemon (for serving)
🔪Instructions

Just one step for this recipe: blend up all the ingredients except the lemon in a high speed blender until smooth.
One tip: put the lighter ingredients (the romaine lettuce) into the blender first.
Then put the celery and mango with the ginger on top. That way, it'll help get the ingredients all wizzed-up evenly.
💁♀️Storage and Make Ahead Tip
You can make this celery smoothie and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
I like to make the smoothie and then pour it into small mason jars and keep them in the fridge.
Then, I'll just take the smoothie out of the fridge when I want to eat it.
See point below for what you should REALLY do before you drink this celery smoothie😉
😋How to make celery smoothies taste good
The secret to a delicious and refreshing celery smoothie in my opinion is the lemon juice🍋
Once you blend the ingredients and are ready to serve, pour the smoothie into glasses (about 1 cup per serving).
Then, take a cut lemon and squeeze some lemon juice over top. Stir the fresh lemon juice in and drink right away.
The acidic lemon balances the somewhat bitter notes of the celery.
Trust me - it's the BEST way to get those celery smoothies down.

🥬Are celery smoothies good for you?
Celery smoothies are definitely good for you! They provide a good source of vitamin K as well as a source of vitamin A, folate and potassium.
And with the mango in this celery smoothie, it pushes the vitamin C way up! Perfect to help you get the most possible nutrition into your diet during cold winter months.
Even while the wind is blowing all the snow around, you can hold a little summer in your hand.
And remember that one day, you'll be sweating outside again.
I hope you love this Celery Smoothie like we do❣️
~April

Equipment
High speed blender
Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery about 2 cups chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 lemon for serving
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the lemon in a high speed blender until smooth.
Pour into glasses. Squeeze some lemon juice into each glass. Stir and enjoy cold.
Notes
Tip: add the romaine to the smoothie pitcher first. Then add the celery and other ingredients. Adding the heavier items on top of the lighter helps to make sure that everything gets nicely blended.
Serve right away or make ahead of the next day.
Keep in the fridge in a mason jar with a lid. Don't forget the lemon juice before drinking!
