If you are having issues with the keycard to get into the Duncan building, try toggling the quest marker off for the quest, exit to the main menu and then toggle the quest marker back on.

To find Duchess's missing guards, I'll need to tune my Pip-Boy radio to the "Transmitter Signal" station. That should get me pointed in the right direction.

Tune to your Pip-Boy Radio to the "Transmitter Signal" to track the guards
- Listen to the Transmitter Signal and a yellow circle will appear on your map. The yellow circle will only be activewhen you the Transmitter Signal is being listened to.Head towards this marker.
Use the signal to find Duchess's guards
- Once you are at the location, search the bodies of scorchers laying in ash until you find a note that will lead you to head towards the Gauley Mine.
- Search the mine and you will find an injured guard named Sol. You will have the option to either give Sol a Stimpak or to refuse to help him.
Find Polly
- Sol will request help with finding their ally, Polly. From there you will need to travel further into the mine where you will find Polly’s head laying on a table.
Wipe outthe Scorched
- Once you finish speaking with Polly, you can pick up her head and use it as a weapon. To do so you will need to press [R] to load charges into Polly’s head.
Return to Duchess
- Once you escape the mine, you will need to head back towards The Wayward.
Draw “Polly’s Assaultron Head”
- Equip “Polly’s Assaultron Head” and finish speaking to Duchess. You will be prompted to place Polly’s head onto a jug of Moonshine sitting on the bar. Finish speaking to the crew and they will request you to place Sol’s transmitter onto a pristine Assaultron body at the Ducan & Duncan Robotics building.
Attach Sol’s transmitter to a pristine Assaultron body
- Enter the Ducan & Duncan Robotics building and search for a new robot body for Polly.
- Attach the transmitter to the any of the pristine robot bodies.
Return to the Wayward
- Head back towards the Wayward to let Polly know that you found her a new body.
